...a 500 page RITA award-winning Nora Roberts novel, Divine Evil. It's an oldy, but a goody--creepy, spooky, and down-right-jump-three-feet-in-the-air-when-hubby-speaks engrossing. Just right for a cool almost-Halloween October evening.
And, as if thst isn't enough to stop my old, beating heart, I have Karen Rose's Don't Tell on my bedside table. You know, the book I read just before falling asleep?! What the hell was I thinking??
Yep, nothing better than an homicidal-maniac-abusive-cop of an ex-husband (although, technically, he's not an ex since she didn't divorce, just disappeared) to help you sleep, right? Right?? Whatever. I need to go close the windows now, I'm scart...
Reading anything spooky or scary for Halloween? Let me know. Apparently, I like this sort of thing... ;o).

I'm reading Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill - very very scary!! (I didn't know this but he is the son of Stephen King). I will be picking up Divine Evil - I love Nora Roberts and this is one I haven't read.
I have Heart-Shaped Box on my TBR list, too. I've heard great things about it!
These both sound good. I'll be watching for your reviews :)
