Readers of Romance (Shelfari Group) Winter 2008 Challenge

It should come as no surprise to anyone who regularly follows this blog (or anyone who knows me) that I adore romance novels. There is a group on Shelfari called Readers of Romance that runs quarterly reading challenges. I'm probably not going to finish my fall challenge list for this group, but I'm hoping to complete the winter challenge. Here are the books I've picked (for now anyway...this list is, as always, subject to change on a whim):

2. Book that was read and Reviewed in the Fall Challenge -- Nerd in Shining Armor by Vicki Lewis Thompson
3. Read a book that has a “D” word in it for December -- Truth or Dare by Jayne Ann Krentz
4. Read a book that has an arranged marriage or Marriage of Convenience (AAR Special Titles could be a big help!) -- Infamous by Virginia Henley
5. For Valentines Day, read a book that has love, kiss or heart in the title -- From the Heart by Nora Roberts
6. Read a book by Lisa Kleypas -- Sugar Daddy
7. A book that makes you think about Christmas -- Silent Night by J.D. Robb and others
8. A title that has 4 words in it -- Have You Seen Her? by Karen Rose
9. Read a story that has a military or civil servant (firefighter/cop/fbi/clan chief/commander) in it –can be any genre -- Out of the Blue by JoAnn Ross
10. Read a book that has a Viking or Pirate in it! -- The Danvers Touch by Elizabeth Lowell
11. Pick a book that was first published in 2008 -- Between Light and Dark by Elissa Wilds
12. Read a series (Harlequin or Sillehoutte) -- Bayou Corruption by Robin Caroll
13. Read a book that the author has 3 names (ie Susan Elizabeth Phillips/ Karen Marie Moning) -- Undead and Unemployed by Mary Janice Davidson
14. For the New Year-Pick a book that has been in your TBR pile for a long time --Out w/ the old in w/ the new! -- Welcome to Temptation by Jennifer Cruise
15. Read a book that has a “W” word for Winter -- I'm Watching You by Karen Rose
